Bryan Lee — Principle at Transom Realty
For Bryan, it comes down to creativity and details. Those are some of the elements of the Boston real estate landscape that have kept him so engaged for the past 12 years - meshing Boston’s history and character with the modern era to create unique places that will continue to resonate.
Bryan is responsible for the successful permitting, execution, and delivery of Transom’s developments. He is also responsible for sourcing equity and debt on all investments. Prior to co-founding Transom, Bryan gained experience generating value-add and development acquisition opportunities at Related Beal and Beacon Communities. When Bryan isn’t at community meetings, you can find him exploring Boston’s neighborhoods, or on his mountain bike. When he can, Bryan loves to travel, finding design inspiration in many of the places he’s visited, including Sydney and New Delhi.
Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida and his Master of Science in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
